For the last 4 years I have been looking for a machine that I could afford. Every time I go in to check out their stock they are fast and courteous. They answer all my questions and never treat me with disrespect. I was finally able to afford a machine and when I went in they recognized me and treated me to a full customer service experience. After having worked in the retail industry I can genuinely say I have never been treated to the amazing customer service that I was today. I walked away with an extremely affordable machine and even more than that, they imparted the knowledge to use this machine. Ever step was gone over before the purchase was made. From maintenance to exact specifications of what replacement needles and thread would be. To top it off, they were extremely nice people and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. I still can't believe the deal I got and more importantly, the service I recieved. In this day and age its rare to find a business with good customer service, let alone exceptional customer service. I will NEVER shop anywhere but them for my future needs.
